English: A simulation of the time course of cell-cell segregation illustrated in video 1, using the empirically-derived parameters for cell movement, cell proliferation rate and the initial Eph: ephrin cell ratio of 1∶3, with parameter set at: Aeph  =  Aephrin  = 100, Reph  =  Rephrin  = 250, a = 7.5, r = 5.8 and (equal adhesion and surface tension forces).
