Description
English: HEK cells grown in microfluidic channels. HEK cells were imaged every 1 min for 4 h with a Samsung Galaxy S I9000 using the ATLIS with the humidifying module in a recirculating-loop configuration. The ATLIS was mounted on a Nikon TMS microscope with 10X magnification in the eyepiece and using a 20X objective.
