English: Supplementary Movie 1 Plasma membrane targeting of DFNA5-N fragment causes membrane ballooning. C-terminal EGFP-tagged DFNA5-N fragment (DFNA5-N F2A) was expressed in 293T and then observed by confocal microscopy. Shown is a 3D reconstruction of the confocal z stack images of the GFP channel (DFNA5, green) of the cells shown in Fig. 3d, middle panel
