  • Prentenboek met 8 paginagrote handgekleurde litho's waarop meerdere scènes per blad staan. In rijmvorm wordt verteld hoe tovenaar Merlijn er voor zorgt dat de ouders van Klein Duimpje, die in Engeland wonen, een heel klein jongetje krijgen. Hij groeit op, leert schrijven en tekenen, verdedigt zich tegen voor hem enorme insecten, valt in een pot met beslag, wordt door een vis opgeslokt, belandt aan het hof en komt weer veilig thuis.
