Beware: 'misinformation' as Austria-Hungary were not an autocratic regime, but contitutional monarchies. The Austrian Emperor had NOT ultimate powers as Austria also had parliament of lower + higher house, all legislation had to go through first. Sign of ? historic ERASURE + falsified spin as incomplete footage. TR = Theodore Roosevelt? (26th US President). This would have been an important historic meeting way more important for us to learn about than watching Kaiser Franz Joseph walking into a building. To the viewer: please be on high alert of every historical resource that stems from this period as being exposed for several decades to two swipes of erasures/falsified bias: 1. 'anti-imperialistic smear by the republicans' (see Austrian Abolition Act of highest Nobility, Nov 1919) and 'Nazi propaganda' (1938-1945) to 'falsely downgrade' the 67-year long legacy of Kaiser Franz Joseph.
