Summary

Description
English: Photo-activated CD44 (PA-CD44) gets internalized via the CLIC/GEEC pathway. COS-7 cells transiently expressing PA-CD44 were imaged live in culture media containing 2 mg/ml of Dex-647. The movie corresponds to the time-lapse series shown in Figure S7. Images were captured every 3.9 sec for 7 min. Scale bar: 5 µm.
