עברית: ב-3 בינואר 2013, התקיים אירוע מיוחד בספריית יונס וסוראיה נזריאן שבאוניברסיטת חיפה. הספרייה הינה מהגדולות בספריות ארצנו ורק לאחרונה הסתיים בה תהליך בנייה שהביא לשינויה עד לבלתי הכר. מעבר לתפקודה כספרייה אקדמית, היא אוצרת בתוכה אוספים במגוון תחומים, אשר רבים מהם אינם נחשפים לעיני הציבור בדרך כלל. הודות לשיתוף הפעולה עם הספרייה במסגרת מיזם הגלאם, התקיים אירוע יחודי בו נערך סיור בספרייה במהלכו הוצגו האוספים השונים.
האירוע החל ב-17:30 באודיטוריום שבתוך הספרייה. בין היתר הוצגו במהלך הסיור אוסף הספרים הנדירים (באוסף ניתן למצוא דפים מהגניזה הקהירית, שלוש אינקונבולות וספר של ברוך שפינוזה עם הערות בכתב ידו), אוסף המפות (המכיל מאות מפות מסוגים שונים), אוסף ספרי הילדים הייחודי (הכולל כ-20,000 ספרי ילדים בעברית), אוסף בתחומי המשפט, ארכיון אבא חושי, וכן אוספים שונים שהועברו ל"מרכז למדיה דיגיטלית" בספרייה, אשר תפקידו לבצע שימור דיגיטלי של ארכיונים שונים. האירוע היה פתוח לוויקיפדים ולמתעניינים מהציבור הרחב ללא תשלום. |
