Summary

Description
English: Live fluorescence time-lapse of Hp microcolony formation. A longer time-lapse fluorescence recording of cells infected as in Video S3, starting a day after initial infection, tracking GFP-Hp (green) that began as a small cluster over the epithelial junctions. Images were collected every 20 minutes, over a period of 20.7 hours. The movie is compressed into 7.65 seconds (9700×).
