English: Visualization of cell-cell interactions between lymphocytes. 2E2 cells used as CD8+T-APC or as effector CTL were pre-labeled with the lipophilic dyes PKH67 and PKH26 respectively, and co-incubated in a chambered cover glass for 1 hour at 37°C.
