The animation illustrates the rigid parts of YfiN the hinges connecting them, together with the direction of the fluctuation of each residue in the slowest two modes as predicted by the server HingeProt [60]. Two orthogonal points of view of the predicted protein motion are shown on the left and on the right respectively.
