Retrato de um homem com feições romanas. Rosto retangular, nariz fino e bem estruturado, lábios largos e grandes e queixo largo e forte. Olhos amendoados, em estilo egípcio, com incrustações provavelmente feitas em cerâmica. Orelhas pouco definidas. Sobrancelhas e o contorno dos olhos pintados com uma fina linha castanho escura. Os cabelos são formados por cachos modelados em separado e aplicados sobre a cabeça. Pequenas mechas caem ao lado das orelhas. A pele foi pintada em um tom amarelo amarronzado e os cabelos pretos. Nas laterais do pescoço, na base da cabeça, uma borda semelhante a uma gola servia como ligação entre a máscara e o resto do envoltório que cobria o corpo.
