ଓଡ଼ିଆ: ବୁଢ଼ୀ ଜଣେ ମଣ୍ଡାପିଠା ତିଆରି କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ମଣ୍ଡା ପିଠା ଏକ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯାହା ଚାଉଳ ଚୂନା ଗୁଡ଼ ଓ ନଡ଼ିଆରୁ ତିଆରି ପୁରଦେଇ ତିଆରି କରାଯାଇଥାଏ । ଏହା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଘରେ ମୌସୁମୀର ଆରମ୍ଭରେ ଓ ପରେ ମାଣବସା ଗୁରୁବାର, ଦୁର୍ଗା ପୂଜା, କୁଆଁର ପୁନେଇଁ, ଗହ୍ମା ପୁନେଇଁ ଆଦିରେ ତିଆରି କରାଯାଇଥାଏ ।
