Meiosimyza platycephala English: in copula. Filmed on Urtica in the Burgwald, Hesse, Germany. Interestingly enough the female plays a very active role in the courtship.
Deutsch: bei der Paarung; gefilmt auf einem Brennesellblatt im Burgwald, Mittelhessen. Ungewöhnlich ist hier die sehr aktive Rolle des Weibchens während der Balz.
