Summary

Description	English: Nucleation at a surface (black) in the Ising model. The movie shows that nucleation is a stochastic processs consisting of a long waiting time during which small fluctuations of the phase that will nucleate (red) appear and disappear in the metastable phase (white), before a sufficiently large fluctuation appears, which then grows rapidly. At this point, once the nucleation barrier has been overcome, the movie ends.
