English: Supplementary Movie 1 Dynamics of F-actin and the Arp2/3 complex. eTIRF-SIM movie of actin (green, Lifeact-citrine) and Arp2/3 complexes (red to yellow, JF542-p16) at the basal plane of live HeLa cells at early stages of adherence. Scale bar (in first frame): 5 μm. The time between frames is 5 s and the total duration 45s.
