Description
English: Visualization of the changes in development of the ureteric bud tree during Wnt5a -/- kidney organogenesis. The ureteric bud was identified with the Troma-1 antibody at E15.5 with the aid of the optical projection tomography (OPT). A kidney of a wild-type (Wt) embryo (on the left) and the Wnt5a-/- embryonic kidney is depicted on the right side of the OPT illustration.
