In January 2021, the Wikimedia chapters in Austria, Switzerland and Germany were able to hold joint events on #1Lib1Ref. The majority of these events could be held virtually. At WMAT, an event was held as part of Wiki Tuesday, and Wikimedia CH was even able to hold a virtual event in French-speaking Switzerland. In Germany, there was a hybrid event on #1Lib1Ref at the Rostock University Library, among others. In addition, opportunities for participation were presented in a recorded conversation. A project page was created to coordinate the activities. The cooperation of the chapters should again promote and support #1Lib1Ref in the German-speaking region next year.
