      • In the header template there is a title present, if not: create one by using the sub-headings in the article separated with a ; and no link in the heading.
      • In the header template the author(s) are added in the format <name> & <name> or <name>, <name> & <name> with only between the last two names a &. If the user page is not existing (red link), link it to the CentralAuth page like [[Special:CentralAuth/<username>|<username>]]
      • Make sure that the highest heading level on pages is <h3> (===).
      • Red links should not be visible in the article: fix them, otherwise remove them.
      • Make sure the footer is at the bottom of all the articles. (example) Be sure to fill the |month= parameter with June 2024. (The template has 2 other parameters (without names) for the date of the previous article in that series and the next, respectively, if they exist. See next two bullets.) Example: <noinclude>{{GLAM/Newsletter/Comments|month=June 2024}}</noinclude>
      • Make sure the article is linked to the previous edition of that subject.
