Celebrating Rugby Herstory and History in Toulouse
In Toulouse, the French rugby capital, the Médiathèque José Cabanis and the Archives municipales de Toulouse celebrated the Rugby Union World Cup 2023 with an exposition of André Cros, a photograph that heavily documented Rugby Union and Rugby League and whose entire collection was uploaded to Commons in 2018, thanks to the Open Content policy of the city. In the afternoon, with Les sans pagEs, we had an edit-a-thon dedicated to women rugby in France.
Les Lorraines sans pages
For the second year, Nancy Musées, the Bibliothèque Stanislas and the Archives municipales de Nancy have a monthly workshop around the history of the city of Nancy and the historical region of Lorraine. This september, the thematic was women from Lorraine and the event was co-organized with les sans pagEs.
