Usage

This template is designed to inform the editors that Outreach Wikimedia should not be used for promotion, personal webpages or other such things. It is intended as an alternative to {{Uw-offtopic}} or {{Uw-notwp}}; sometimes, material inserted and removed from here should not be on Wikipedia either.
