Removal of PAGENAME parameter from tabs

Am not a template guru, but with a little experimentation I was able to remove the redundant PAGENAME parameter from the tab code. The full PAGENAME is not required on the tabs as it makes the tabs run off the screen. I trust my editing of this template has not broken something elsewhere.
