Hope no one minds the copyediting and formatting, de-linking and re-linking I've just done to the {{welcome}} template. It hadn't been updated in almost 15 months. Two pages which we pointed people to were marked {{historical}}. And GLAM was listed, but Education and Libraries were not. If there are disagreements about what links were deleted or what links were included, not to mention grammatical corrections, I'm happy discuss that here. But I've just manually welcomed 24 new student users and only then realized that this template linked them to outdated information. That was awkward. It'd be good to avoid this going forward.
