- We need to start thinking now about potential event for the Fall 2012. Size of audience? Dates? Venue? Speakers?
- How to increase enrollment? Recruitment? Possible role for PR person?
- Decided to meet on 09 Dec. 2011 for first Strategic Planning Meeting.
- Choose 4 Wiki Projects and narrow down to 2
- Discussions about Logo, Outreach and adding content 'Get Involved' tab
Changing templates changes them for every club! Also, consider joining a WikiProject.
- Short presentation by Srinivas Gumdelli/Anish Bharata on Licenses and Rights followed by group discussion.
The following is the outline of the meeting
- Discussed a bit about licenses
- Discussed about outreach and how it can be improved/various other things that can be implemented
- We will be having a meeting on Friday, 28th October, as usual and starting from next month, we will be meeting only twice a month
- We will be meeting on Friday, 4th November and Saturday, 19th November
- There were suggestions about the logo for club and also for the website
