Where to start: Get hands-on in a lab
While there are a variety of tutorials online about how to edit Wikipedia, it is often more effective to take the class into a computer lab and do a hands-on introduction to wiki mark-up.
For the students, this will:
- allow them to see editing take place "live"
- give them a safe space to make mistakes
- provide an opportunity for them to ask questions in real-time
