Hi Matthew. I can see you've got an issue you want resolved, I can appreciate how you feel. But the page where you just posted - Wikipedia Education Program/US-Canada/Updates isn't the right forum. - I supported his posting there. If you want to weigh in on what the correct forum is, then we all would appreciate your input because a correct forum seems not to exist. He was reporting a problem with an online ambassador, and I feel like somewhere in the Education Program there ought to be a place to post complaints. - Probably one of the Ambassador pages on en. A complaints department? Might be good to have, although I wouldn't want to staff it! It's not a big thing, but you've got to balance your need for an answer with other wikipedians' need for on-topic, directed forums. Sometimes a little patience goes a long way. - I appreciate your good thoughts but they do not provide practical help. Check the situation for yourself - the complaints about this person go back several weeks. Nobody wants to staff a complaints department. No one comes to this project for this. But I would rather a complaint go to the general purpose board than not be shared at all. I myself would feel terrible if a class where I was CA had a problem with the OA. It would embarrass me greatly and cause a huge waste of my time and I would beg for my concern to be addressed immediately. I do not see this as a personal need for an answer, and the person issuing the complaint has been very patient with the Wikipedia community. He asked for help many times and no one wanted to help him. Everyone had the same response as you - "balance your need for an answer with other wikipedians' need for on-topic, directed forums", "I wouldn't want to staff it". There is no forum. What will you do when you have a complaint? I am not saying that his complaint is either legitimate or mistaken, but it deserved to have someone address it. - Definitely. But a problem with user conduct isn't a quick or easy one to fix, especially in a volunteer setting. I've looked at some of the en. postings on this matter, and hopefully some resolution is in the offing. The Interior (talk) 01:22, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

- I regret that you were an example of what could go wrong. I appreciate the time you spent trying to get fair treatment and I am sorry that I could not help you get fair treatment.
