Description
English: Movie of the seismonastic movement of transgenic M. pudica. A homozygous T1 seedling (10 days old) is shown. Green and red signals represent the GFP fluorescence and the autofluorescence of chloroplasts, respectively. This movie was taken using a SZX16 microscope equipped with a SZX2-FGFP long-pass filter and coupled to a DP71 digital camera (Olympus).
