GLAM digital with the Sorbian Institute - "Wiki Loves Sorbian Culture"

Get to know the Sorbian Institute and exchange ideas for further cooperation

One of the strengths of de.wikipedia is that many Articles on Sorbian culture and also Articles on the Spreewald in particular are well developed thanks to all the authors. At the same time, we all realise that Wikipedia will never be complete. This GLAM-digital event in January 2024 offered the opportunity to discuss the language, history and culture of the Sorbs in a virtual exchange with the Sorbian Institute.

The event also provided the opportunity to get some ideas for the content and editing of Wikipedia articles on the subject. In a discussion with Dr Robert Lorenz from the Sorbian Institute, we were able to discuss further cooperation. More about the event here.
