GLAM in Serbia makes important steps in the digitization of cultural heritage
Six-month long Wikipedian in residence project is at Belgrade City Library gives great results
A six-month-long Wikipedian in residence at Belgrade City Library project has begun in October. During the second month of the project, the 206 files have been posted on Wikimedia Commons, 4 of which were books, and 30 articles were written. Due to ungracious epidemiological circumstances, Wikipedian in residence works partly from home and partly in the Library itself.

Second round of Wikipedian in residence at Adligat
On November 10, Wikimedia Serbia, in cooperation with the Association for Culture, Arts and International Cooperation Adligat, launched the second part of the Wikipedian in residence project. So far, as many as 93 articles have been illustrated, 12 have been written and 15 have been significantly supplemented, while 192 files have been uploaded to the Wikimedia commons. The internship will last until the end of the year.

Wikimedia Serbia held a workshop on editing Wiki Projects for Vlada Petrić Foundation employees. Vladimir (Vlada) Petrić was a film studies professor at Harvard University, an author, playwright, and co-founder of the Harvard Film Archive
Organizing #1Lib1Ref in the CEE region
Wikimedia Serbia, in cooperation with the Wikimedia Foundation and Wikimedia Poland, is working on organizing the January #1Lib1Ref campaign in the CEE region. Next year, this campaign will be held in the form of a competition of CEE countries, and during December, the organizers will work on training chapters and user groups to participate.
