GLAMWiki 2018 Tel Aviv
Wikimedia France participated to the GlAMWiki conference 2018 at Tel Aviv. That was the opportunity to present the French Glam project with strategy and few exemples of partnerships and the state of the Wikisources with the participation of Vigneron. Wikimedia Israel has organised a real stimulating event that permitted all kind of affiliates to share their experiences.
City of Grenoble
The Wikiconvention francophone was also the opportunity to sign a partnership with the city of Grenoble which made a decision in may 2018 to open data and content of its cultural institutions. Wikimedia France and the city decided to sign a partnership to facilitate the collaboration with for exemple the museum, the Natural history museum, the Public library or the cinematheque. There are current discussions about the organisation of training courses, editathons, participation on WikiAlpenForum or the Wikipedian in Residence.
