In May 2014, the Education/Programs page was rendirected to Education/Countries.[1] An interactive world map was included along with a list of languages in English and the local script.[2] As the Countries page filled during the year and a half that followed with programs that spanned sister projects and crossed international borders, it became clear that one size did not fit all and that 'Programs' not 'Countries' was indeed a more accurate description of what was going on in Wikimedia Education Outreach. In August 2015, the redirect was removed and the Programs page was restored.[1]
