About meMy hometown is Vienna, Austria. I studied film and media studies and worked as a manager and curator for film festivals and cinemas for several years. I joined the German-language Wikipedia as user Funke in 2005. My thematic focus is the West African country of Niger. I also contribute regularly to Wikimedia Commons and Wikinews. |
My workWikimedia Österreich is a service provider for the Wikimedia communities in Austria. My job as a community manager is to coordinate and to communicate our various support initiatives. Thanks to the vivid and innovative Wikimedia volunteers in Austria my work never gets boring. I’m a founding member of the Volunteer Supporters Network. We care about sharing insights on community support within the movement. |
