Hi, i found it usefull to post here few remarks regarding the Outreach initiative.
- I like this project a lot. Good way to go. Nice points regarding the new login screen.
- I believe that if we offer new reader experience for logged in users, we will have higher number of visitors, who will continue to log in diligently, even if they do not intend to start editing right away. They will find the user interface familiar by time and they will have higher rate of joining the comunity of contributors, somewhere in the future.
- I firmly believe that wikipedia needs system of bookmarks. Not just watchlist, but second list of articles which is primarily optimised for reader experience.
- Even for experienced editors this would be usefull. People tend to store some links in the fastest possible way by clicing on watch the page. As a result the real watchlist is full of clutter, but people refuse to weed the watchlist out. They would loose the bookmarks.
- It would had been nice, if 'bookmarks' would be just side by watchlist and upon clicing on the list of items would behave similarly to the items in pdf book before saving. (There still would be possibility to generate related changes from such list, so optionally editors could use it as an alternative watchlist)
- I believe the start up screen may mention the choce of skins. Skins right now are just optimaliseed for editors convenience. There might be long and rich way to go in future.

There would be high potential to apply the outreach from all of those potential features.
