GLAM/Case studies/WikiAfrica/Share Your Knowledge edit

Hi Avenue. Thanks for the feedback on GLAM/Case studies/WikiAfrica/Share Your Knowledge. I think the points you are mentioning are relevant and useful (thank you). At the same time it is a case study: it documents what happened. I don't think parts should be removed or hidden. you can comment them of course (in the discussion page or in-line) but removing them i don't think it makes much sense, since it is what happened. what do you think? and thank you for getting through it, your feedback is very valuable. --Iopensa (talk) 23:23, 23 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

My reading of the page was that it still comes across as a current project (e.g. Share Your Knowledge "is a project", "is a step-by-step procedure"), so I thought it was important to remove misleading advice. Perhaps I got the wrong impression. I've now struck out the problematic bits instead of commenting them out; does that seem better to you? Maybe I should also add a visible explanatory note, instead of my explanatory comment. --Avenue (talk) 23:57, 23 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
