National museum of world Culture
The collaboration between the National Museum of World Culture and Wikimedia Sverige included some more workshops for the staff, some clean up of previous uploads and some preparations for future uploads. We have also planned two public edit-a-thons, with the themes Africa and female travelers. Feel free to add resources, inspiration or other great stuff to the pages, or help out with content in your languages before or during the edit-a-thons.
Sounds and pronunciations
As a satellite part of the Sounds of Changes project the Museum of Work and Council of Working life Museums set up a recording station at the museum during a weekend to have visitors record the pronunciation of the cities, municipalities and villages from their area. Almost 200 soundfiles, in both Swedish, Bosnian, Farsi, Spanish and some other languages were uploaded to Commons, and some have already made their way to Wikidata and articles.

Together with User:Vesihiisi, the Nordic Museum has continued development of a script for uploading images from Digitalt Museum to Wikimedia Commons. In April, the script was adapted to handle historical photographs as well as object photos. A batch upload with approximately 140 photos of 1950's fashion was completed to test the script.
