Rajindra Victoria Silver Jubilee Municipal Public Library
Punjabi Wikimedians have collaborated with Rajindra Victoria Silver Jubilee Municipal Public Library in Patiala, Punjab. The library is over 80 years old and has over 65000 books in Punjabi, Hindi, English, Urdu, Sanskrit, and Persian language. Wikilover90 has been working with the library as a Wikimedian in Residence since November 2018. The government library has given permission to digitize the copyright free books and WiR is working with the library staff to find copyright-free works. The institution is actively assisting by allocating a staff member for digitization. Over 7000 pages have been digitized as a part of this collaboration as of now.
