A lifebuoy on display in the Swedish National Maritime Museum
The Swedish National Maritime Museum and Wikimedia Sweden had signed an agreement to work more together. During the summer curators at the Maritime Museum will select at least 500 images to be released and uploaded to Wikimedia Commons. The cooperation also consists of improving both quality and the number of authority links between Wikidata and Kulturnav. Also included is a workshop/edit-a-thon to get new staff members to edit different wikimedia projects.
Requests for specific images, collections or sets are more then welcome under the requests section at the cooperation page.
